S&H takes pride in recycling as much material as possible.
We offer a one-stop solution for gardeners and landscapers at both of our conveniently located facilities serving the Portland metro area. You can drop off your materials for recycling and conveniently pick up everything you need to complete your project.
Accepted​
Dirt & Soil: Includes clean dirt, sod, and dirt containing roots or rocks.
​​Yard Debris: Leaves, twigs and lawn clippings.​​
Brush: Logs, stumps, and tree rounds that are 12 inches in diameter or larger.
​​Concrete & Masonry: Concrete, bricks, tile, asphalt, slate, and granite.
​​Toilets: Porcelain only – must be free of internal components.
​​Lumber: Unpainted, unstained, and non-pressure-treated wood (nails are acceptable).​
​Metal: All types of scrap metal
